"A large garden, easy parking and 2 great size bedrooms. Upminster Bridge station and Hornchurch station in easy reach and Hornchurch high street with all its eateries and bars. The local schools are great, transport options are second to none. I could reel off lots more reasons why you should buy this property but it's probably best you view it and see for yourself.

Throw yourself into this spacious 1920's style property and enjoy the view across your very own garden whilst eating breakfast in the morning. then take a leisurely stroll out onto your balcony to breathe in the summer smells of fresh flowers (that you'll have obviously planted for your enjoyment) and the grass that you've just cut. After that just take the freshly baked rolls covered in butter and enjoy them on the 'beach feel' shingle area where you can relax and enjoy the rest of the weekend.

What the Owner says:

I've owned this property for 2 years. I've successfully rented out this property in all of that time. It currently rents for approximately £825 pm and is therefore a reasonable option for investors with some cash to put down. My property has very little costs attached to it with just £305 per annum for buildings insurances and £5 per year ground rent (approximately)

I'm only selling my maisonette because I now live too far away to really spend time looking after my property to its full potential.
