"A warm welcoming feel as you enter this fabulously presented home will surely make you want to buy nothing else! After spending many years in their home the current owners have decided to bring to the market this lovely 3 bedroom semi-detached property, which has many features including: 14'9 x 10'9 front reception room, a 14'9 x 10'9 back reception room and an updated kitchen. The property also has a new roof and double glazing fitted with a 15 year guarantee. The boiler was replaced in 2002 and the property has undergone redecoration constantly over the last 20 years.

The area is fantastic for transport links and restaurants with the Simply Blues bar and the Wildwood Restaurant being frequently used by locals and just a short walk to the High Street which means no cabs needed for 2 or 3 of those Long Island iced teas. Furthermore this property is within a short distance to Hornchurch district line station with access into London being no more than 35 minutes away.

Having lived in this home for the last 20 years we will be sad to leave. The property has served us extremely well and have never felt the need to move until now as everything is on our doorstep. The local schools are very good and transport links into London are fantastic.

Throughout our occupation we have spent time and effort on improving our home, redecorating, adding double glazing and refurbishing the bathroom and kitchen. We feel anybody purchasing this home would settle into the area extremely well as the neighbours are very friendly.
