The kitchen has a dining area which opens up onto the back garden. Five minutes walk to Bush Hill Park train station. Unrestricted parking on the street.

The kitchen has new, integrated, high-quality appliances including a self-cleaning oven, a separate dual-function oven/microwave oven, a washer dryer and a dishwasher.

Bush Hill Park station has a Sainsbury's right next to it, which is perfect for doing your dinner shopping on the way home from work. The train is direct to Liverpool Street in about 20 minutes. You can also walk to Enfield Town in 15 minutes - on the way you would go past a large Tesco, but in the town centre itself, there are plenty of restaurants and pubs, as well as a weekend market. Enfield also has a modern cinema showing the latest 3D films in addition to the usual blockbusters.
