"With off street parking to the front, this fully double glazed property offers a wealth of space with a modern kitchen, downstairs cloakroom, access to large 120' rear garden with option to extend to the side and to the rear, 2 good sized bedrooms, modern bathroom, full central heating throughout. The property has been fully re-wired. This family home has bags to offer with potential to extend.

The owners have put in a new kitchen and bathroom and updated the decoration during their time there.

We bought the property just over 4 years ago. As soon as we viewed it, we felt it had a really nice feel to it. We loved the location. The fact that we could extend on the side and to the rear at some point was a real bonus as well; having started a family, space was quite important to us. Also the garden is so impressive. It is 120' long and in the summer it is fabulous for the children. We just thought it would be the ideal first home for us to raise our family in.

What we loved about the area was it was just so convenient for local shops. The schools are good round here and the transport links are excellent.
