"This end terrace house enjoys a cul-de-sac setting in the popular Lightpill area. This location enables access to both Nailsworth and Stroud. The property was built in the 1930's however internally the property has a cottage like feel with exposed wooden floors and a fireplace situated in the sitting room. Internally the layout comprises hall, sitting room, study, bathroom and kitchen/breakfast room on the ground floor. Upstairs there are three generous bedrooms. Access to the attic can be gained from the fixed wooden staircase. Outside there are established gardens to the three sides. There is access to the rear of the property which leads to the car port and garage. (NB The current vendors have enclosed the rear garden and blocked vehicular access to the garage.)
