"Prominently positioned along one of the main approaches to this popular North Cotswolds market town and having the advantage of a 80 ft South facing lawned rear garden and off street parking for two vehicles. This deceptively spacious inner terraced, three storey, three bedroomed Edwardian town house has been recently refurbished with the addition of gas fired central heating from a combination boiler, modern fitted kitchen with a built in oven and hob, there is sealed unit double glazing to most windows.

The property still retains many of the original features including cast iron Victorian fire places and stripped pine doors and floors.

The property is located around a quarter of a mile from the town centre allowing easy access to St. David's Primary School, rail links to London Paddington and a wide range of shops and amenities in the high street.
