The accommodation comprises of entrance hall, front aspect lounge, fitted kitchen with a range of units, wood effect worktop, space for oven, plumbing for dishwasher and washing machine, breakfast bar, window to the rear, door  to the rear garden and wall mounted boiler.  To the first floor the bedrooms have exposed wooden flooring, bedroom one to the front having recess with hanging rail and cupboard above, bedroom two is to the rear with a built in wardrobe.  The bathroom has a three piece suite with a cupboard under the basin and shower over the bath.
