SITUATION The property is located in the popular Tilsdown Close area of Cam within a few minutes walk is a range of local shops at Woodfield including Butchers, mini-market and hairdressers. A wide range of facilities can be found in Cam village centre including Tesco's supermarket. The village also has a choice of three primary schools and the adjoining town of Dursley has comprehensive schooling along with a wider range of shopping and recreational facilities including swimming pool, sports hall and 18 hold golf course. Commuting to the larger centres of Gloucester, Bristol and Cheltenham is made easily accessible via the nearby A38 and adjoining M5/M4 motorway network. Cam has a 'Park and Ride' railway station with regular services to Gloucester and Bristol and onward connections to the national rail network. DIRECTIONS Proceeding out of Dursley in a north westerly direction on the A4135. Continue straight across at the first and second mini-roundabouts, at the third mini-roundablout take the first exit into Woodfield Road and proceed up the incline turning left into Tilsdown Close, proceed bearing left and continue for approximately 60 metres and the property will be found on the left hand side.
