CIRENCESTER This charming market town can trace its origins back to Roman times. The town today boasts extensive shopping facilities, several schools in addition to the renowned agricultural college, a beautiful Parish Church and numerous leisure facilities. Situated towards the south of the Cotswold district. Cirencester is ideally located for access to the M4 (c. 18 miles) and M5 (c. 15 miles) motorways and for mainline rail services from either Kemble or Swindon (London, Paddington c. 55 mins.). THE PROPERTY Situated in a sought after road on the northern edge of Cirencester this property offers spacious accommodation together with good gardens and off street parking. Built in 1913, the property has been extended by the present owners and now boasts four reception rooms, as well as a sunny garden room.
