"From the front garden, a part-glazed front door opens to an entrance porch and on into a lovely bright sitting room with a cottage style window to front and an open fireplace with quarry tiled hearth. The dining room beyond is an equally lovely room where the staircase rises to first floor with built-in shelved storage cupboards under. The kitchen is located to the rear of the property with 2 windows to rear, a glazed door opening into the rear garden and a Velux roof light all of which flood the room with natural light. The kitchen is fitted with a good range of base and wall units including integrated appliances and space for informal dining. Located off the first floor landing are two bedrooms, one of which is EnSuite, a family bathroom, and a staircase rising to the second floor where two further generous bedrooms are located.

Situation
Stratton is situated on the Northern side of Cirencester, less than a mile from the Market Place and Albion Street is an attractive street in the old part of Stratton. The area has a village atmosphere with a school, pub and post office within walking distance. Cirencester itself is a thriving Market Town surrounded by some of the loveliest countryside in the Cotswolds. It has a comprehensive range of shops, as well as excellent schooling, health care and professional services. Communications are good with access to the M4 motorway via Swindon or the M5 via Stroud and CheltenhamGloucester. There are main line rail services from Kemble about 4 miles (Paddington 1 hour and 20 minutes) and Swindon, about 16 miles (Paddington 58 minutes).
