"A delightful detached house that was built in about 1983 and has been greatly improved over the years to include a double storey extension to the side, a skilful extension to the rear, the conversion of former garage building into a self-contained cottage and the erection of a new detached double garage.

The ground floor provides three reception rooms, large eat-in kitchen and cloakroom. To the first floor there are four double bedrooms, two with spacious en suite facilities and a family bathroom.

The property is set well away from Coneygar Road offering a large gravelled drive way and vehicular access to the detached double garage and the detached cottage. Adjacent to the back of the house lies a private paved courtyard with steps leading onto the lawn with established and well-tended borders. The cottage has a sitting out area.
