"A fine example of an extended and reconfigured four bedroomed detached family home. This beautifully presented house has been renovated to a high standard and sits in a generous sized garden nestling in one of Cirencester prime locations. This delightful property has light an airy accommodation over two floors and is well placed to be close to many amenities and facilities.

The accommodation briefly comprises of a welcoming entrance hall where there are stairs to first floor and door to cloakroom. The sitting room has an attractive stone fireplace with fitted wood burner. This flows through into the open plan living accommodation where the dining area has sizeable patio doors leading out to the garden. The kitchen has been refitted to a high standard has a generous range of wall and base units with working surfaces over integral appliances this leads through into the family area where there is a second set of patio doors leading into the garden.
