"Tontine House, 28-30 Cecily Hill forms part of the Tontine buildings a particularly picturesque row of originally 10 Georgian homes. Listed as Grade II and built in 1802 with a central carriage arch, this handsome house is located at the start of Cecily Hill, a most beautiful part of Cirencester's town centre at the entrance to Cirencester Park. Originally two properties, this impressive home has been restored within the last year and provides well proportioned living accommodation arranged over three floors. A central entrance hall provides access to the front reception rooms, both south facing rooms with a spacious family room to the rear with open fireplace and French doors opening to the garden.

The kitchen enjoys a vaulted ceiling with twin Velux roof lights creating a real sense of space and light and has been refitted with a wide range of base cupboards complemented by solid block wooden worktops, a built-in dishwasher and Rangemaster stove finished in black with matching extractor chimney. Cecily Hill is situated within about 5 minutes level walk of the Market Place and leads up to the main Cirencester Park gates. There is also an open-air heated swimming pool located close by and a Leisure Centre with swimming pool and other recreational facilities including tennis courts. Communications are good with access to the M4 motorway via Swindon or the M5 via Stroud and Cheltenham/Gloucester. There are main line rail services from Kemble about 4 miles (Paddington 1 hour and 20 minutes) and Swindon, about 16 miles (Paddington 58 minutes).
