Gable Rise is a large family home that has tons to offer in both living space and bedrooms. On the ground floor you enter into a large hallway with wooden floors and doors leading into all the rooms. To either side on the front is the dining room and the study, naturally leading off the hallway is the sitting room to the rear with a wood burner, from this room French doors lead you into the large conservatory which stretches the whole width of the property. Also on the ground floor is a great sized kitchen with integrated appliances, a utility room, with access to the rear, and a cloakroom. As you go upstairs the first of the five bedrooms is access above the garage; then continuing round to the first floor there is the Master bedroom to the rear with en-suite, guest with en-suite, two further bedrooms and a family bathroom. Outside the property has a enclosed private garden to the rear, with lawn and decked areas. To the front there is a lawn area and comfortable parking for two vehicles with an attached garage to the side of the house.
