"An attractive chalet style three bedroom semi detached house in a sought after cul-de-sac in Wymans Brook. Off the entrance porch is the entrance hall with multi pane double doors to the living room and stairs to the first floor. The living room has a focal point stone fireplace with electric fire inset, T.V./telephone points and an archway opening to the dining room, which has Upvc sliding patio doors to the garden and an opening to the kitchen. The kitchen is fitted wit a range of matching wall and base level storage units with roll edge work surfaces over and one and a half bowl sink and drainer unit. There is a four-ring gas hob with extractor over and oven/grill under, space/plumbing for domestic appliances and a door to the rear garden. On the first floor are two double bedrooms (both with built-in wardrobes), further single bedroom with over stairs cupboard and a family bathroom which is fitted with a three-piece suite with a shower over the bath. The rear garden is panel fence enclosed with bloc paved patio seating area leading to a central lawn with water feature and planted borders.
