"A spacious three double bedroom semi detached Edwardian house within a short drive of the town centre and amenities. The accommodation comprises entrance hall with doors to sitting room, dining room and stairs lead up to the first floor. The sitting room has a bay window to the front aspect, feature fireplace with gas coal effect fire inset and T.V aerial point. The dining room measures an impressive 15'10 x 11'2, has double doors opening into the conservatory, doors lead into the kitchen, under stairs cupboard and a feature fireplace with electric fire inset. The kitchen is fitted with a range of eye and base level storage units with work surfaces over, inset sink with drainer unit, built-in double oven, gas hob and space for further appliances.
