This is a lovely bright 3 bed terraced house in a small, quiet cul de sac. The photos don't quite do the size or light justice, the living room is 17 ft by 10 while the dining hall is just a touch narrower but plenty of space for large dining table and chairs. It feels open and spacious.

Close to town and local shops. Downstairs there is a 30 ft lounge/dining room, with patio doors into the garden.

The kitchen also leads out into the garden. In the hallway there is a large under stairs cupboard and a double full-length cupboard for coats etc.

Upstairs are two spacious double bedrooms, both 12x10, and one single bedroom with a bunk bed and storage - plus a bathroom with a bath and shower over it.

It is a lovely home which is being rented out only due to job relocation.
