"A well presented semi detached family home situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the popular area of Wymans Brook. The accommodation comprises entrance porch with door to the entrance hall, which has stairs to the first floor and double doors through to the sitting room. The sitting room has a window to the front aspect, feature brick fireplace and doors to an under stairs cupboard and the kitchen/dining room. The kitchen is fitted with a range of eye and base level storage units with work surfaces over, inset stainless steel sink and drainer unit, built-in electric oven with hob and extractor over, dishwasher and space for a fridge/freezer. There is a sliding patio door onto the garden and a door leads into the rear lobby/utility area which has space/plumbing for a washing machine. Off the first floor are two double bedrooms, (bedroom one with built-in wardrobe and bedroom two with airing cupboard), further single bedroom

(with built-in storage space) and a modern family bathroom which is fitted with a white suite comprising panel bath with a shower over, pedestal wash hand basin and a low level W.C. Outside to the rear is a panel fence enclosed garden, mainly laid to lawn with a paved seating area and double gates providing access to parking for several cars and the double garage.
