"A modern three bedroom semi detached home situated within walking distance to the town centre, Waitrose supermarket and Cheltenham Railway Station. The accommodation briefly comprises entrance hall with stairs to first floor and door to sitting room. The sitting room has a box bay window to the front aspect, window to the side and double doors lead to the kitchen/diner. The kitchen/diner is fitted with a range of matching wall and base level storage units with roll edge work surfaces over and inset one and a half bowl sink and drainer unit.
