The spacious accommodation comprises recessed entrance porch with original mosaic tiles and a hardwood door leads into the entrance hall. There are doors to the sitting room, dining room and kitchen and stairs lead up to the first floor. The sitting room has coved cornicing and a window to the side and front aspect. The dining room has a window to the rear aspect, a feature fireplace with wooden surround and original fitted cupboards with shelving. The kitchen has a window and door to the rear garden and is fitted with a range of eye and base level storage units with work surfaces over and inset stainless steel sink with drainer unit. There is a wall mounted 'Worcester' combi boiler, a built-in electric oven with halogen hob over and space for further appliances. A door leads through to the bathroom which is fitted with a modern white suite comprising panel bath with 'Mira' shower over, pedestal wash hand basin and low level W.C. On the first floor are doors to two double bedrooms, the master bedroom measures an impressive 16'1 x 11'9 and stairs lead up to the second floor which leads to a further third double bedroom. On the lower ground floor is a two roomed basement, which is unconverted.
