"A traditional three bedroom family home with two reception rooms arranged over two floors with a 82 enclosed rear garden, off street car parking and conveniently located north of Pittville and within easy reach of central Cheltenham.



This traditional bay fronted family home offers well proportioned accommodation spread over two floors.

The front door with decorated glazed panels opens into a hallway with stairs rising to the first floor and doors to the reception rooms. To the front of the ground floor is a sitting room with a deep square bay window, painted wooden floor and fireplace. The rear room has double doors leading to the rear garden, understairs storage, wooden flooring and a newly fitted cloakroom. There is a spacious double aspect kitchen to the rear of the ground floor finished with wall and base kitchen units, slate tiled floor and a wide window with views of the garden.
