Moving into the sitting room, which is open to the kitchen/diner, there is a gas fire with a marble effect and wooden surround, built in storage cupboards and a door leading to the basement. In the kitchen there is a skylight across the entire length of the left wall and a further skylights across the entire back wall as well as bi-fold doors leading to the garden, the room benefits from under floor heating throughout.
