"Situated in the heart of Charlton Kings village is this three bed semi detached property with planning permission for further extension Council reference 12/00155/FUL. The property briefly comprises sitting room, dining room, kitchen, downstairs bathroom and three bedrooms. To the front of the property is parking for one car, garage and pathway to the recessed entrance door. The entrance hall has a door into the nicely decorated sitting room which has exposed floorboards, open fireplace with storage cupboards to the side, coving, and newly replaced sash windows to the front. The dining room has a range of built in cupboards and shelves to one wall, sash window to the rear and exposed floorboards. At the end of the hall is a mature kitchen with stainless steel sink, range of eye and base level units, boiler, plumbing for washing machine, door to bathroom and door to the garden.
