"The Retreat is a delightful semi detached cottage which has been beautifully restored to provide four double bedrooms, modern kitchen / dining room, large sitting room, study and two beautifully fitted bathrooms with underfloor heating. To the front of the property is a gravel driveway with off road parking for several vehicles, leading to the entrance door. The entrance hall has stairs to first floor, understairs cupboard, cloakroom and door to study which has a window to the front. The modern and spacious L-shaped kitchen / diner has one and a half bowl stainless steel sink, plumbing for washing machine and dishwasher, space for tumble drier, built in electric hob with oven under, oil fired central heating boiler, range of eye and base level units, spotlights to the ceiling and door to garden. The dining area has a window to the garden and chimney breast. Double doors lead into the 24' sitting room which has windows to the side and front as well as double doors to the garden at the rear. Upstairs on the landing is a pull down ladder to loft which has velux windows and has been boarded, providing extra storage room. The master bedroom has a window to the garden, built in wardrobes and concealed door to the top quality ensuite shower room which has floor to ceiling travertine tiling.
