"Situated in a desirable no through road within walking distance of local shops and amenities and a short distance of Cheltenham town centre, this light and sunny three bedroom property has been recently extended and updated by the present owners to provide extended living accommodation via a spacious kitchen/dining room. The kitchen is a particular feature of the property being beautifully fitted with contemporary styled units incorporating integral appliances and an island unit along with lovely splash backs and fittings. The house retains period features including fireplaces and an attractive entrance door with leaded glass. On the ground floor there is a sitting room to the front aspect with further family/study area that leads through to the kitchen where there is a utility room and access to the garden. To the rear of the hall there is storage as well as access to a cellar. Upstairs on the half landing the fabulous bathroom has been recently fitted with a bath and double size separate shower, also an inset sink vanitory unit with shelving.
