"Chestermaster Close is a popular development of houses tucked away in the centre of Lower Almondsbury. This property is situated at the end of the cul-de-sac giving increased privacy and peace but retains convenient access to the many amenities of Lower Almondsbury which include a popular local primary school, a well run village community shop, pub, playing fields and garden centre.
This corner plot has access from two angles; street access from Chestermaster Close and also vehicular and pedestrian access from Church Road. A spacious entrance hall provides the access to the downstairs accommodation and internally leads through on to the generous lounge/dining room, formally 2 rooms this was opened up to create a wonderful spacious room, enjoying light from both the front over the private front garden and also the rear patio garden and benefiting from both morning and afternoon sun. Lower Almondsbury is an incredibly popular village situated on the cusp of Bristol and falling under the South Gloucestershire County Council. Both the M4 and M5 motorway networks offer convenient access to north and south as well as east to London. Parkway Station is a popular choice for those looking to commute as it has access to London Paddington in 90 minutes.
