"How do you fancy living in a cosy, safe, 2 bedroom detached bungalow?

Well, if you do and you are looking for a quiet spot, down a little lane, then even more so will you appreciate the quality and the standard to which this bungalow is presented by our clients.

If you are a discerning purchaser who appreciates quality and the fact you can move in and unpack. This home offers a modern kitchen and bathroom, new central heating boiler, double glazing and a new conservatory should appeal.

For those buyers who need parking for either cars, boats, caravan or a motor home then there is space to the front of the property in addition to the driveway. Because there is plenty of parking you could use the garage as a workshop. The conservatory, boiler and cavity wall insulation are still under warranty.

What really strikes us about this home is not only the fact it is a safe lock up and leave property but also if it’s your final move, some of the local services include doctors, dentist, public transport nearby but there is also the local community spirit.

Quite often the village holds various fetes, firework displays and craft fairs. If you drive, the M20 access is nearby. Fast train links from Folkestone to London take approximately 60 minutes and there are some great local walks.

What the Owner says:

Before we moved here we lived in the centre of the village and looked at several bungalows however none compared because of its private and quiet outlook to the front and back. We always fancied a conservatory but didn’t want to be overlooked so this just suited our needs.

We use the second bedroom as a dining room and that flows very nicely into the conservatory where we thoroughly enjoy sitting reading and enjoying the sunshine.

We bought the property in the knowledge that another move was on the cards and do not regret the fact we have improved it to a good standard which we have thoroughly enjoyed.
