"Introduction

This extened, traditionally styled semi detached house is situated in Aston Park which is in between the towns of Ewloe and Queensferry. There is an excellent local transport network which provides esay access to the major cities in the area, motorways and the A55. This means that commuting to all areas of employment is fast and efficient.
Shopping facilities are excellent with the ASDA superstore within walking distance and Queensferry has a large variety of different retailers.
The house has been extended and provides spacious family accommodation. The side extension is used as a play room but could be used for variety of uses to including a bedroom because it has an en suite bathroom.

The property comprises of a porch, hall, door to fourth bedroom, large lounge diner, modern "Shaker" kitchen, three further bedrooms on the first floor and a modern bathroom.
