After undergoing a major refurbishment this three bed semi detached house has the benefit of a brand new fitted kitchen and bathroom. The lounge is open plan and adjoins onto the kitchen diner. Outside there is a decking area and has the advantage of not being overlooked at the rear. The house is situated in the small village of Mancot and is within walking distance of Hawarden. Chester is only a ten minute drive and there is easy access to all major motorway links.
