"This is an excellent end terrace bungalow that enjoys a fine location overlooking an attractive open grassy area and well away from traffic. It is well placed for local amenities including shops, beach, leisure centre, etc, and there is easy access to the town centre. The property benefits from off peak electric central heating backed up with sealed unit double-glazing throughout and offers deceptively spacious accommodation. It comprises an entrance hall, large lounge with front facing picture window, spacious dining kitchen, attractive refurbished bathroom and two good sized double bedrooms. One of these has two built in double wardrobes with storage cupboards above. There are gardens to front and rear. The front garden is enclosed with ornamental brick walls and is laid out chiefly in gravel for ease of maintenance. The back garden is also completely enclosed and laid out mostly in gravel.
