Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in this popular village and backing on to the sea, it enjoys uninterrupted panoramic views to the Isle of May and beyond. The house itself is beautifully presented and offers spacious and particularly attractive accommodation. It benefits from gas-fired central heating backed up with sealed unit double-glazing throughout. Features include the lounge with patio doors, the superb conservatory from which the views can be enjoyed on three sides, and a beautiful recently upgraded breakfasting kitchen. Also on the ground floor are a cloakroom/WC and the dining room that could be used as a fourth bedroom if required.
