"This is a particularly attractive well presented villa located in a sought after residential street it is within moments of the shore and only a couple minutes walk from the picturesque harbour, shops and other amenities.
The house is beautifully presented and benefits from gas-fired central heating backed up with sealed unit double-glazing throughout. It has been fully modernised and upgraded to form a lovely family but still retains a host of lovely period features including quarry tiling in the vestibule, original cornice work, high ceilings and more.
Entry is by way of the vestibule into the hall, which gives access to the lounge, dining kitchen, utility room and cloakroom/W.C. A staircase rises to the upper floor.
The lounge is a beautiful room with a fireplace housing a living flame gas fire attractive display shelving and quality laminate flooring. Glazed double doors open to the beautifully fitted dining kitchen. This is finished in cherry wood and has a quality laminate floor. The integrated appliances will be included.
