At the Camelon Roundabout take a right following signage for Larbert, continue down here passing Falkirk Golf Course on the left hand side and eventually up the brae to Larbert Cross. Continue through the traffic lights taking eventual right onto Old Bellesdyke Road and then first right onto Fairley Drive, where the property can be found thereafter on the left hand side."
