A large 4 bedroom semi detached family house WITH SEA VIEWS located within a few minutes walk of Southend East station. Detached Garage, parking and a nice sized garden.

Offering 3 Reception rooms, an extended Kitchen Breakfast room, separate Laundry room and downstairs WC.

Upstairs on the 1st floor are two very large double bedrooms plus a good sized third bedroom. The first floor bathroom has a separate shower cubicle as well as a bath. On the top floor the 4th bedroom is a great size and has distant views over the rooftops towards the sea.

Victoria Road is positioned within a few minutes walk from Southend East main line station making this an ideal location for the commuter.

For your shopping needs, just 2 3 minutes walk away there are the local shops at Woodgrange Drive including Lidl s, a post office and a pharmacy. And just a 5 7 minute walk away you can be on Southchurch Road which offers a wide range of shops, restaurants, cafes and many other local services including a Sainsbury s Local, Tesco Express, petrol stations, many hairdressers and barber shops.

There are several schools nearby including the popular Greenways Primary School within easy walking distance.

To walk the dog or have a leisurely walk and outside exercise there s the lovely Southchurch Hall Park just moments away with its historic house and grounds. Southchurch Park is also just a few minutes away as is the seafront....so as you can read the location is very convenient and often not appreciated until one lives in the area.

Inside the house you ll enter via an Entrance Porch into the Hallway. The front Reception room has a round bay window facing west and gets the afternoon and evening sun. There s a separate Dining room off which is a Study office room. At the back and partly open plan to the dining room is the extended Kitchen Breakfast room, nicely and extensively fitted with access to the garden.
