The property is of brick construction with part rendered elevations under a tiled roof. On the ground floor is a reception hall, cloakroom, sitting room, conservatory, kitchen/breakfast room and a further reception room/bedroom 3. On the first floor are two bedrooms and a bathroom which is fitted with a white suite. The front of the property has parking and gardens. To the rear, the plot extends to approximately 100ft with garden laid to lawn, mature trees and shrubs, large store shed about 14' 8" x 8'. Saffron Walden is an historic market town with a magnificent parish church, numerous period properties and a wide range of shops, schools, social and sporting amenities, all accessible within the town. Road links to London and Cambridge (15 miles) are at J9 and J10 of the M11. Trains to London (Liverpool St) run from Audley End Station, about 3 miles away.Directions

From Saffron Walden Market Square turn into Hill Street and proceed over the mini roundabout into East Street. At the traffic lights turn right into Thaxted Road. The property will be found on the right hand side."
