"3 Shepherds Way is situated in a sought after residential location close to The Common, is a detached chalet style residence offering spacious and versatile accommodation. The property is constructed of brick and blockwork under a tiled roof with part-rendered elevations. The formal front door entrance leads into a reception hallway with the principal sitting room lying to the front of the property with a gas flame-effect fire with stone surround. The superbly appointed open-plan kitchen/dining room overlooks the rear garden and is fitted with an excellent range of base and wall cabinets, has a built-in stainless steel oven and hob, ceramic tiled floor and doors leading to the outside and integral garage. The first floor has a spacious landing area and links through to bedroom 3 with door to a large walk-in loft room.
