"Tormina was originally built in the late 1960's of steel frame construction with brick and rendered elevations under a tiled roof, and was substantially extended in 2011. The imposing reception hallway links through to the sitting room with fireplace and wood burner, sliding patio doors and further door to the family room again with patio doors. The new rear extension now provides a spectacular open-plan living/dining/kitchen/breakfast room with bi-fold doors leading to the rear decked terrace. The kitchen area is fitted with a range of units with wooden work surfaces, wall cabinets and floor-to-ceiling cupboards. There is a breakfast bar and a feature wood burning stove and oven. The ground floor is complimented by a well appointed utility/cloakroom, a glazed boot room and a ground floor bedroom with an en suite shower. The first floor has a master bedroom with an extensive range of wardrobes and a superbly appointed en suite bathroom with separate shower cubicle. There are 3 further bedrooms to the first floor; all with fitted wardrobes and one with a wash basin, and a family shower room.
Outside, the driveway provides parking for several vehicles. The garage (approx. 24' x 10' 10") has an electric roll-top door, rear half-glazed double doors to gardens and a half-glazed courtesy door. The rear gardens have a large decked terrace, are mainly laid to lawn with mature trees and shrubs. The gardens are about 85ft deep x 72ft wide and also incorporate a heated plunge pool and summerhouse. In addition to the formal gardens, there is a small wooded area to the front of the property.Directions

From Saffron Walden take the B1052 Newport Road, turning left at the junction with the B1383 into Newport. Proceed through the village and just past The Potteries on the left hand side will be a private driveway on the right hand side (gives access to 3 properties).
