"3 GREENWAYS is an impeccably presented, detached modern family home which has undergone considerable alteration and improvement works carried out during the current owners period of occupation.

The front door opens into the hallway where stairs rise to the first floor and doors lead off to all principal rooms. The sitting room has a double glazed window looking out to the front and fitted window shutters, attractive wall panelling to one end and part glazed double doors into the entrance hall. A family room also looks out to the front of the property with a double glazed window with fitted shutters, providing another attractive reception room which could serve a variety of purposes.
