"The Gables is a timber framed, fine village residence built in 2004 to a high specification with rendered elevations under a tiled roof. The spacious hallway has oak flooring and a turning staircase to the first floor. The delightful dining room has sliding glazed doors and links through to the sitting room with glazed double doors to the conservatory, a central fireplace with gas coal-effect fire, attractive cabinets and bookcases. The conservatory is of timber frame construction with a brick base and ceramic tiled floor. The spacious kitchen/breakfast room has a tiled floor, an extensive range of base and wall cabinets with plate and wine racks, granite work surfaces and Bosch appliances, there is a utility area set within the kitchen. The bright spacious landing leads to the master bedroom with en suite shower room, bedroom 2 overlooking the rear garden and bedroom 3 could easily be converted into two bedrooms, if required. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The family bathroom has a white suite with a Jacuzzi panelled bath, vanity unit and low level WC.
Outside, the driveway provides parking for 3 vehicles and leads to the detached garage which has rendered elevations under a tiled roof, up-and-over door, side courtesy door, power and light connected and measures approx. 18' 11' 2". The rear garden has a large terrace with a brick wall surround and pathways leading to the front driveway. Central steps from the terrace lead up to the garden which is laid to lawn with flowerbed borders and an upper terrace. The garden is well fenced and screened and is about 48ft x 35ft.Directions

From Saffron Walden take the B1052 leading through to Newport. Turn right on to the B1038, proceed through the village of Wicken Bonhunt and into Clavering. At The Cricketers Public House turn right into the Arkesden Road. Continue along this road for approximately 300 metres and the property will be found on the right hand side."
