"14 HIGH STREET is an attractive detached village house set within a cluster of just 3 "Potton Homes" enjoying this tucked away setting within close proximity to the village centre.

The property provides nicely proportioned and well balanced living accommodation with the front door opening into an entrance hall where stairs rise to the first floor and a ground floor cloakroom sits off to one side. The picturesque market town of Saffron Walden 7.5 miles provides an excellent range of day to day shopping and recreational facilities. Chrishall village is well located for access to both Cambridge and London Royston is 7 miles to the south west offering trains to London Kings Cross. Audley End station is 5.6 miles and Whittlesford Parkway is 7.5 miles both having regular trains to London Liverpool Street. J10 of the M11 is about 3 miles away and provides excellent road links to Stansted Airport 22 miles and the M25."
