"THE PROPERTY: Our clients tell us that before they even stepped in the house they felt good about the viewing as they had already been impressed by the road and location as the Central Line tube station is within approximately half a mile and at the end of the road is open fields which has been great for walking the dog. Upon viewing this four bedroom and two reception roomed residence, it was evident that the property needed to be improved which did not put our clients off buying the home as the location was perfect for them and they could see the potential the property offered. The property is in the same condition as when our clients purchased it, as there intentions were always to extend the home, so it seemed pointless to refurbish the accommodation. In February 2010 after much time and money spent, planning permission was granted for a rear single storey and two storey extension, loft conversion and front porch and garage extension. Our clients over the next couple of years intend to spend a lot of their time travelling and therefore will be moving to a smaller home, leaving the benefit of the planning permission for the next owner to create a substantial family home or alternatively they could just refurbish the existing property to their own requirements. We have been unable to test the services and/or appliances at this property and cannot verify that they are in working order.
