"12 Churchfields Drive was built in 1985 of brick construction under a tiled roof and subsequently extended in 1994 by local builders, Argents. This spacious bungalow is well proportioned and stands in a generous sized plot. The reception hallway is L-shaped with large cloaks/airing cupboard and cloakroom. The sitting/dining room is open-plan with glazed double doors leading to the rear gardens, a brick fireplace with gas fire. The kitchen is fitted with a range of base and wall cabinets with work surfaces, plumbing for washing machine and dishwasher, space for cooker with extractor hood over and wall mounted gas fired boiler. The master bedroom is fitted with a range of wardrobes with matching side cabinets, dressing table and drawer space. There are two further good sized bedrooms, the larger having an en suite area with vanity unit and tiled/glazed shower cubicle. The family bathroom has a panelled bath with mixer tap and shower attachment, low level WC, wash basin and ceramic tiled walls.
Outside, the property is approached via a private cul-de-sac driveway with a parking area for at least 4 vehicles leading to the double detached garage 17' 8" x 17' 4" with loft storage space over, twin up-and-over doors, side door to gardens, power and light connected. The gardens are principally laid to lawn with mature tree and shrub planting, are well fenced and provide a high degree of privacy and seclusion. There is an extensive terraced area, aluminium greenhouse and a further gated side entrance. The gardens are L-shaped and are approx. 75ft x 56ft.Directions

Fron Saffron Walden take the B1053 through the villages of Sewards End and Radwinter, then continue over the crossroads on to the B1054 signposted to The Bumpsteads. Continue into Steeple Bumpstead and take the first turning on the right into Queen Edith Drive, continue for approximately 200 yards and turn left into Churchfields Drive. The bungalow can be found on the right hand side approached via a private cul-de-sac."
