"Roslyns is a superb village residence, believed to date back to c.1700, substantially extended in the 20th century and is Grade II Listed of architectural and historical interest. The property in recent years has undergone further alterations and extensions to provide a comfortable and spacious family home, with great charm and character. The original property is of a timber frame construction with rendered elevations under a tiled roof, retains a number of period features and a wealth of exposed timbers to walls and ceilings. The accommodation is principally arranged on two floors with a central inner hallway giving access to five reception rooms and a delightful kitchen/breakfast room with Aga. The first floor accommodation offers a superb master bedroom suite with fine views over the grounds, four further spacious bedrooms and a family bathroom.
The formal gardens are a particular feature of the property and are principally laid to lawn with mature tree and shrub planting, flower beds, extensive terracing and pathways. There is an orchard area and also a well stocked kitchen garden. To the upper section of the formal gardens is the swimming pool area. This has been totally renovated and has a paved surround. The liner pool is approximately 10.97m x 5.48m
