"Rosebank has rendered elevations under a slate tiled roof and is set back from the road on a quiet country lane. The majority of the ground floor has slate tiled flooring and comprises an entrance hall, family room, dining room and spacious sitting room with bay window, French doors to the garden and a side box-bay window. All the principal reception rooms have open brick fireplaces. The superbly appointed kitchen/breakfast room has a butler sink, a good range of base units incorporating a fitted dishwasher, tumble-dryer and Indesit washing machine and there is space for a cooking range. The rear lobby leads to a cloakroom with low level WC and wash hand basin. On the first floor, the landing leads to the master bedroom with exposed beams and feature brick chimneybreast to one wall. There are 2 further bedrooms; a double to the front and a large single to the rear. The family bathroom is fitted with a white suite comprising a panelled bath with shower over, wash basin and low level WC. The landing gives access to the loft space with two windows and maybe suitable for conversion. The barn, attached to the rear of the house, has been converted into a very attractive annexe providing a spacious bed/sitting room, kitchenette and bathroom.
Outside, a gravelled driveway provides parking for several vehicles and a side gate gives access to the delightful south facing rear garden which backs onto open fields. The garden has a large decked area, a timber workshop and is mainly laid to lawn with flower and shrub borders.Directions

Proceed from Saffron Walden in an easterly direction along the Radwinter Road proceeding through the villages of Sewards End and Radwinter, turning right at The Plough public house and continuing into Great Sampford. Turn left at the church, through Little Sampford into Finchingfield. Turn left over the bridge and follow the road for about 4 miles into Dyers End and the property will be found on the right hand side identified by a Mullucks Wells for sale board."
