" 2 Bowmans Park is a well situated ground floor flat within the popular village of Castle Hedingham. The panel door opens to a spacious reception hall which has doors off to the bedrooms and principal reception room. The sittingdining room is an impressive room with a dual aspect it has laminate flooring and views towards the street and a serving hatch through to the kitchen. The kitchen is well appointed with a range of floor and wall mounted units and has plumbing for a washing machine, a single bowl stainless steel sink and views to the front.

The main bedroom is situated to the rear of the property and benefits from sliding patio doors to the rear garden. There is also a large walk in wardrobe.
