"64 Newbiggen Street is a spacious semi detached town residence, originally built in the mid 1960s with rendered elevations under a tiled roof and extended in the year 2000. The property has the benefit of parking for 3/4 vehicles, an integral garage and a landscaped rear garden. The ground floor accommodation offers a spacious reception hallway with laminate flooring and turning staircase to the first floor accommodation. The sitting room has a fireplace with wood burner and sliding doors leading to the garden room/conservatory with fine views over the garden. The side gate leads through to the rear garden which is approximately 36ft x 32ft, laid to lawn with mature tree and shrub planting, attractive terrace and large feature pond with a waterfall.
