Formerly The Old Bakery, and still featuring the original bread oven, there are lovely brick and oak laid floors, fireplaces as well as exposed beams and timbers throughout the house creating a unique atmosphere inside. You enter the property via a large reception/dining hall providing versatile living space, adjoining which is the cloakroom and sitting room with red brick fireplace set to one side. In the centre of the house sits "the old bakery" where the old bread oven is still visible. The room has a semi vaulted ceiling with three skylight windows over head, door to leading to outside and a window over looking the rear garden. The kitchen contains an array of storage cupboards and incorporates a fitted gas hob, range cooker and fridge-freezer. The upstairs can be accessed via two staircases. There are three principal bedrooms, all accessed independently, a useful study/nursery room and family bathroom.
Outside, the rear garden (approx. 40ft x 40ft) is principally laid to lawn with a block-paved patio, shrub borders and mature trees. A separate annexe encloses the garden and provides excellent additional living space incorporating a laundry area, double bedroom and shower room, ideal for an independent teenager or guest accommodation.
