"3 Hanchetts Orchard is a superbly presented detached bungalow, situated in a popular residential location in the sought after town of Thaxted and is offered with vacant possession. The property was originally built in 1995/96 of brick and block construction under a tiled roof, has a low maintenance rear garden and off-street parking. The L-shaped reception hallway has storage and linen cupboards. White panelled doors lead to the sitting room with sliding patio doors to the garden room which has a tiled floor, double doors to the garden and is fitted with window blinds. The well proportioned kitchen is fitted with an excellent range of base and wall cabinets with work surfaces, electric hob and oven, plumbing for washing machine and dishwasher and a wall mounted Potterton gas fired boiler. The main bedroom overlooks the rear gardens and has an en suite cloakroom

(originally forming part of the garage) with space to fit a bath or shower unit. Bedroom 2 is to the front of the property and there is a bathroom with a white suite.

Outside, to the front of the property is a brick paviour driveway providing parking for 2 vehicles, leading to a storage area (former garage) with a single up-and-over door. The front garden has brick wall surrounds and a side access leads to the landscaped rear garden with terracing, shingle pathways, raised flowerbeds, mature tree and shrub planting and measure approx. 36ft wide x 30ft deep.Directions

From Saffron Walden take the B184 into Thaxted. Continue along Newbiggen Street, continuing down past the church into Town Street passing the Guildhall on your right. Turn left into The Tanyard and then left into Weaverhead Lane. Take the first turning right into Wedow Road and Hanchetts Orchard is the first turning on the left hand side."
