"41 North Street is a charming town house situated on the northern side of Great Dunmow, which boasts a weekly market, schools, bus services, major supermarket and easy access to the M11 or Stansted Airport. The house has been restored and improved over recent years with fittings of a high quality including oak doors and frames. The entrance hall has an exposed boarded floor and staircases to both first floor and basement. The sitting room has a Bodart & Gonay enclosed fireplace, small bay window to the front and double doors opening into the dining room with window overlooking the rear garden. The kitchen is neatly fitted with a range of units with granite working surfaces, Masterchef Aga with gas hob, electric oven and extractor hood over and a fitted Fisher & Paykel dishwasher. The breakfast room adjoins with double doors opening out to the rear terrace. One of the major improvements to the house has been the development of the basement to provide a useful living room with slate flooring and with, adjacent to this, a fitted utility room with slate floor and cloakroom, with steps leading out onto the rear terrace. The first floor has three bedrooms and a shower room. The main bedroom has fitted cupboards and an en-suite shower room. There is a fourth bedroom on the second floor with it's own bathroom and shower. Outside to the front there is a good parking area, paved with granite sets and a brick wall with door through to the rear terraced area with lawn to side, greenhouse, water feature and access to the single garage which leads out to the private lane to the rear."
