"Lukins Drive was built during the early/mid 1990's and is a well regarded residential area with simple access to the High Street, schools and road links to Chelmsford, Bishops Stortford, Braintree and the M11 motorway. This detached property had a double storey extention to the rear and has been well maintained throughout. Our clients are able to offer an early exchange and completion if required.

Accommodation has a full depth dual aspect sitting room, a separate dining room to the front, a kitchen with a cooking range and is open plan to a family living area that overlooks the garden. The first floor has two double bedrooms to the front with dressing areas into a bay, another double bedroom to the rear and the fourth bedroom is a good size single.
